Miss Niblock came to Marshalltown and Anson Elementary from West Liberty Elementary in 1996. She received her MS from the University of Wisconsin, her Administrative degree from Western Illinois University and her MBA from St. Ambrose University.

On a more personal note, some of the things Miss Niblock enjoys are attending symphonies and plays, visiting with friends, reading and listening to music.

She also enjoys arranging fun activities in which the entire staff and student body can participate. One such example would be "No Paper Day" when no one could use paper to do any of our daily work. That meant figuring out ways to take a Spelling test or completing a Math assignment using no paper.

You can imagine the creativity that was going around Anson that day.

Other fun activities Miss Niblock participates in is our Burger King Night. Members of Anson’s staff ‘work’ at Burger King for a few hours that night serving students and their families their meals – this is also a great fund raising project.

Miss Niblock is available to answer questions staff, students and/or family may have during regular building hours.
