Dear Franklin Students, Parents, and Staff:
Welcome to TEAM Franklin. Expect great things from TEAM Franklin during the 2011-12 school year. Our TEAM possesses the desire, skills, knowledge and drive to achieve the single-most important responsibility we have—educating our community’s children.
The education of children is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding careers in the world. I have the privilege of working with a group of people who believe all children can learn and will go to great lengths to help each child reach his/her potential. In addition, we recognize that teamwork is essential to our success. You, the parents/guardians of Franklin students and our community, are essential pieces of TEAM Franklin. The home/school/community partnership impacts student achievement and development dramatically. I hope Franklin staff can count on your support as we work toward guiding all students in exceeding their potential.
We continually look for ways to improve the instructional program at Franklin and you can help. Franklin students have daily, uninterrupted blocks of time for reading and math instruction. Our resources have been allocated to enhance instruction for all students. You can help by working with our PTSA to support learning at Franklin. With your support, we will achieve our goals!
