Authorized adults and 5th-12th grade students may access student information through the Campus Portal in Infinite Campus.
Campus Portal provides information about students through a secure network that protects privacy. It contains students' schedules, grades, attendance and reports, such as missing assignments.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need any special software to use the Campus Portal?
To effectively use the Campus Portal accont you will need:
- Internet Access - While high-speed internet connection will improve your experience, a minimum dial-up model speed of 56Kbs is required.
- Computer - A computer with a processor speed of at least 500 Mhz is required (Mac or PC)
- Web Browser - We recommonden using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or better and Firefox for Mac
- Adobe Reader - Because certain Campus Portal reports require Adobe Reader, we recommomend downloading this free software. CLICK HERE to visit the Adobe download site.
Can I access Campus Portal from anywhere (home, work, library, etc.)?
YES, as long as you are on a computer that meets the minimum computer and Internet access requirements (see above).
What happens if I forget my ID/password?
You will need to send an email to campusportal@marshalltown.k12.ia.us with your full name and daytime telephone number.
How do I change/correct my email address?
You can update your email address any time using the Campus Portal. Just click on the Change Contact Info link on the lefthand side of the screen once you sign in.
How often is information updated in Campus Portal?
Information is updated in real time. This means that the information is available as soon as it is entered into the system.
What if a report card shows the wrong grade(s) for my student(s)?
Contact your child's guidance counselor or teacher as in the past.
Who can I talk to regarding attendance-related issues?
Call the attendance office at your student's school, but please give 24-48 hours before you call to report any errors.
