Leaves - The district provides a leave policy which includes sick leave, leave for the death or illness of families members, personal leave, and familiy and medical leave, as allowed by Federal law, for all qualified employees.

Paid Holidays/Vacation - All 12-month and 10-month secretaries are provided paid holidays and paid vacation.

Retirement Program - All employees participate in the Iowa Public Employee Retirement System (IPERS)

Short-Term Leaves - The district provides has a liberal leave policy including sick leave, leave for death or illness of family members, personal leave, adoption leave, and family and medical leavel, as allowed by Federal law, for all qualified employees

Other Leaves - A variety of professional leaves for certified staff including educational improvement, association, public office and staff development are available. 

Retirement Program - All employees participate in the Iowa Public Employee Retirement System (IPERS)

Additional Benefits - Additional optional benefits include tax sheltered annuities available through payroll deduction, a flexible benefit program to utilize a portion of salaries on a pre-tax basis for employees to cover premium cost of insurance programs and out-of-pocket insurance expenses as well as dependent care expenses.
