The 2017-23 Strategic Plan was unveiled by Superintendent Dr. Theron Schutte during the October 2, 2017 school board meeting. The plan  includes the goals and objectives for the next 3-5 years. Past survey research, open forums and a Thought Exchange survey helped shape the direction of the plan. The plan has five primary goals: student achievement, staff development, communication & engagement, learning environments and resources.
