How to get tech support

MCSD staff, students, parents and guardians:

Email us at techsupport@marshalltown.k12.ia.us

Call us at 641-754-1000 

Please include parent name, student name, student ID, school, grade and call-back number in your email or voicemail. Also, describe the issue or question that you have. You can put a ticket in if you're having district-issued hotspot issues as well. 

If you don't have internet at home or at a child-care provider's home, you may qualify for a free hotspot with unlimited data:
