Starting Thursday, Aug. 1, Bobcat Boulevard will be closed to traffic to complete excavation for a water main hookup for the FEMA shelter. The closure will last until approximately Monday, Aug. 5. Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area and use alternate routes during the closure.
