Road conditions, reported by District Transportation staff and the City of Marshalltown
Current weather data from the National Weather Service
Building operations, including electricity and heat
Parking lot and sidewalk conditions from Buildings & Grounds
Temperature and wind chill (significant concerns when wind chills reach -25° or temperatures near -15°)
Weather forecasts, used carefully and with safety in mind
Decisions of neighboring districts
