Lenihan Intermediate School held its annual field day Friday, May 10, at the Marshalltown High School athletic complex.
Students participated in a variety of activity stations, featuring games like tug-of-war and numerous relay events. After rotating through the stations the students cheered on their peers in a variety of running events.
Sixth grade students participated in the morning, while fifth graders came in the afternoon.
Numerous Lenihan parents were on hand to help staff coordinate the activities.
