The MCSD Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through Center Associates. Our EAP provides a confidential resource for you to consult with someone regarding a variety of topics such as emotional wellness, mental health, stress management, career goals, personal and family goals, etc. All inquiries made through EAP are confidential, free (5 sessions per calendar year) and are part of your benefits package. If any additional costs are incurred for services beyond the free sessions offered by EAP, those costs may be eligible for payment under the behavioral health provisions of your medical benefits plan.
