Anson Elementary hosted its annual Bingo for Books Night Thursday, Nov. 21.
Students and families enjoyed pizza, fresh fruit and milk in the school cafeteria before playing bingo in classrooms, with new books as the bingo prizes.
Staff also spent time promoting ways for parents to be involved in student learning.
