As usual, summer has gone by quickly and Marshalltown parents will have to get their children ready for the school routine real soon. Class is in session in Marshalltown schools starting Tuesday.
Elaine Johnson, guidance counselor at Lenihan Intermediate School, said getting into routines help children deal with the adjustment that comes with the first few days of school.
